Establishing distance learning under the programme of International Management Institute LINK in the cities of Zheleznogorsk, Snezhinsk and Ozersk

Project objectives

  • Organization of training for specialists from the enterprises implementing diversification projects under CNCP Program in Zheleznogorsk, Snezhinsk and Ozersk.
  • Improving skills and knowledge of managers from small and medium enterprises implementing the diversification projects under CNCP Programme in Zheleznogorsk, Snezhinsk and Ozersk to perform the tasks of restructuring in closed cities and their enterprises.

Project activity

Specialists of organizations and enterprises in Zheleznogorsk, Snezhinsk and Ozersk will be able to take the course "Manager-professional" (Professional certificate in management) designed for complex, vocational training of managers in all main activity areas needed for a competent manager: management, marketing, financial management, information etc. The program is focused on the managers who have different experience but don't have a management degree, or wish to improve their qualification to the level corresponding current international requirements.

The program Manager - Professional includes four three-month modules which cover basic areas of management essential for management activity:

  • Module BZR 641 "Manager and organization" considers such topics as: role of a manager in organizations, improvement of management efficiency, issues of impact of organizational culture and structure to work.
  • Module BZR642 "Manager and personnel" will help to work more efficiently with subordinates. The module considers motivation, recruitment of staff, the skill to work in cooperation and team. It gives initial skills of conflict management and management of changes.
  • Module BZR643 " Finance and information management" will teach to understand and use financial and other types of information to make competent managerial decisions.
  • Module BZR644 "Marketing and quality management" will acquaint with new concepts of marketing (marketing of mutual relations) and quality management and will teach to raise value of goods for consumers and clients.
