The CNCP Steering Group meeting on 6th July, 2007

approved the following projects for funding:

Russia:

  1. Energy Efficiency Seminar in Moscow;
  2. Establishment of a Business Development Agency in the Closed City of Ozersk (Ozersk);
  3. Expansion of Range of Design Works and Services, BEST-Engineering-Ural, Ltd. (Ozersk);
  4. Manufacturing of interior doors and screens faced by natural veneer, Ozersk Furniture Plant Ltd. (Ozersk);
  5. Phase 2 of the Seversk Business Development Agency, Seversk-BDA (Seversk);
  6. Manufacture of DNA Diagnostic Equipment, BioMedSib Ltd. (Seversk).

Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan:

  1. Creation of group of power efficiency and energy saving technologies "GEFEST", INP (Almaty, Kazakhstan);
  2. Manufacture of Radio-isotope level meters, INP (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).

The Committee approved outline proposals for the following projects and requested that full proposals to be prepared:

Russia:

  1. Creation of the area for assembly, adjustment, and testing of equipment and mechanical quantity control systems for nuclear power plants, VNIIEF-Volgogaz Ltd. (Sarov);
  2. Production of TEPLOSTEN Heat Insulating Multi-layered Building Material, BETTA Production and Trade Company (Seversk);
  3. Setting up a Production of Framed Energy Saving Houses in Snezhinsk Using EcoPan Technology, UniDomStroy, Ltd (Snezhinsk);
  4. Production facility for ozone-modified nanodiamond, SKN Ltd (Snezhinsk).

Kazakhstan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan:

  1. Production of Lu-77, INP (Almaty, Kazakhstan);
  2. Establishment of an enterprise for the production of a decontamination cleaning agent, KIPT (Kharkov, Ukraine);
  3. Zirconium Manufacture, KIPT (Kharkov, Ukraine);
  4. Production of environmentally friendly vacuum dryers, KIPT (Kharkov, Ukraine);
  5. Production of X-ray Generators, KIPT (Kharkov, Ukraine);
  6. Manufacturing of radiant electric heating (REH) for energy-saving heating of premises, KIPT (Kurchatov, Kazakhstan);
  7. Microwave technologies for extracting useful materials, INP - NNC (Tashkent, Uzbekistan - Kurchatov, Kazakhstan);
  8. Manufacturing of triple layer corrugated cardboard production machines, INP (Tashkent, Uzbekistan);
  9. Creation of a Commercialisation Unit in the Institute of Nuclear Physics - Tashkent, INP (Tashkent, Uzbekistan).
