Steering Group approved new projects for funding, November 2006
The Steering Group meeting of CNCP met on 10 November 2006.
The following projects were approved for funding:
Development of new types of environmentally safe chloride electrolysers, "Design-engineering bureau
of impact metal working" Ltd., Sarov.
Expansion of existing manufacture of control and diagnostic system IT14 for atomic electric stations scientific, "Scientific Production Company
"Measurement Technologies" Ltd., Sarov.
Production of pyrolized hard-fuel boilers, "DOM" Ltd., Snezhinsk.
Establishing manufacture of profiled and sandwich panels for construction of buildings with light metal frameworks,
"SibMetalConstruction" Ltd., Zheleznogorsk.
Complete laboratory for manufacturing of rigid gas-permeable astigmatic and soft silicon-hydrogel contact
lenses, "OKO" Ltd., Snezhinsk.
Manufacturing of forged items, Individual entrepreneur, Snezhinsk.
Establishment of ceramics production, "Tekhkerama" Ltd, Seversk.
Creation of a Plasma-Coating Centre in Seversk, "Advanced Equipment and Technology for ElectroChemistry" Ltd., Seversk.
On the basis of outline proposals the following new projects were preliminarily approved. Marketing
research will be carried out and business-plans developed to prepare full proposals and submit them to the
next Steering Group meeting:

Follow-up to the Snezhinsk Centre of Energy Saving and Diagnostics, "DiagEn" Ltd., Snezhinsk.
Market study and economic assessment of nano-materials production on the basis of
metal Nanopowders, "Nanotekh" Ltd., Seversk.
Design, manufacturing and marketing of phosphate-concrete casting furnaces, crucibles in Seversk, "Paul+" Ltd., Seversk.
Increase of manufacturing capacity for aluminium facade panels in Zheleznogorsk, Rolling plant "Alukom", Zheleznogorsk.
