The final examination of course work prepared for the MBA "Strategy" was held in the Moscow offices of IIM LINK. This marked the
conclusion of four years of study for a number of members of the staff of the Kharkov Institute of Physics and Technology. The
education involved was provided on the initiative of CNCP and with its financial and organizational support.
An МВА (Master of Business Administration) is the final stage in a cycle of management training made up of courses on: The Corporate
Manager; Strategy; Economics; together with a choice between: Marketing in a Complex Environment; or, Human Resources Management.
Having completed these stages, the KIPT staff members have fulfilled all aspects of the British Open University programme of education
available through the LINK system.
The CNCP Programme considers education to be an integral part of its support for nuclear specialists and as essential for improving the
effectiveness with which projects involving the commercialization of innovatory technologies are implemented.
Through the LINK education, the KIPT staff members not only acquired knowledge and skills, but also were able to apply these in their
work in the scientific centre, which also helped those concerned to advance their careers at work.
