LLC Flash Plant is manufacturing and selling advanced insulation products in the form of foamed polyethylene. This material has interesting thermal, acoustic and humidity insulating properties, which in combination with its relative lightness and tensile strength makes it a popular material in industries as different and remotely connected between themselves as housing construction, automotive building, packaging, electrical engineering, light and textile industries, transport and logistics, etc. Because of high rent prices for industrial and commercial premises in Krasnoyarsk, LLC Flash Plant wished to set up its production line in Zheleznogorsk thanks to highly qualified and proximity to Krasnoyarsk and other major markets in Eastern Siberia.

CNCP has supported this start-up company from the beginning. The initiator came to Zheleznogorsk from Krasnoyarsk. Because of the financial crisis and delays in finding an appropriate building, project implementation was delayed. This issue has now been resolved. The equipment has been procured. It is anticipated that the equipment will be commissioned in March and project implementation will continue.
